Shipping Policy

At Birdie Golf Grips, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can get back on the course.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, shipping method, and destination.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We currently offer free shipping on first orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts, where applicable). This offer is subject to change at any time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): Faster transit times may be available depending on your location.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen issues may impact transit times.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Birdie Golf Grips is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Undeliverable addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages held by the carrier

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at birdiegolfgrips@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check the tracking link for the latest status

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order

  3. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors

  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  5. Reach out to us at birdiegolfgrips@gmail.com so we can assist where possible

We’ll do our best to help, but Birdie Golf Grips is not liable for carrier delays or packages lost/stolen after delivery confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at birdiegolfgrips@gmail.com so we can make it right. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
